At this point it’s only getting worse. Clearly the LEGO group is fine with sending items in a way that will damage the product. They must assume that the boxes will be discarded. But they do not put damage boxes at full retail on different splay in their stores - so why should I be happy with so money damaged sets coming through the mail?
